I am so proud of you for making it this far! Once you have taken time to reflect on your past year, grieve the losses, be grateful for the blessings, it's time to look to the future and imagination and wonder. It's time to dream.

A dream is a wish your heart makes. But too often we live our lives disconnected from our hearts, in a fractured state of being. The busyness of life and the demands on our times keep us functioning from our heads. In order to connect to our hearts once more and hear their gentle whisper, we will need to find some quiet, pause and listen.
Good questions to consider:
* Where do I find the most joy right now?
*If I could do anything, what would it be?
* What do I want the most out of this next year?
* What habits were working well last year, and which ones need improvement?
* What one step can I take toward my dreams?
* What's one small thing I can start doing every day to improve my body? My mind? My heart? My relationships?
There are so many amazing resources online to help us set goals, create habits, and manage routines as we move forward in life. Use what works, drop the rest. We are beautifully designed in so many varied and unique ways, the system that works for your best friend will likely not work well for you.
But I want to encourage you, anyone who wants to move forward as a whole person, must first pickup and repair the fractured pieces!
So Reflect.
Grieve.
Be grateful.
Then move on to Dream!
Many blessings on your 2026!
