Have you wondered if a doula is right for you? Are you curious about the services doulas can provide? Then this night is for you! Come join our laid back atmosphere, hear all about what we do and why we love what we do. Discover how we can best support you in pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
Some of the services we offer: in-person doulas, virtual doulas, childbirth education, birth planning sessions, infant massage, babywearing education, prenatal and postpartum exercise education, lactation counselling, mental health and life coaching services.
Families and children are welcome to attend with you.
