Service Description

In this course, we will help you to discover the "race" that you want to run. After you have identified what you long to achieve in your birth, we will help you to prepare mind, body, and soul and be empowered to run your race with confidence! We will cover what to expect in labor, how to prepare your body and your mind. We provide education on your options for labor and birth, the emotional signposts of labor, how to know when it is the real deal, managing contractions, how to navigate emergencies, what to expect post partum, initial baby care and post partum depression. This is a three-session course offered on a per-desired basis.
