Service Description

I am a board certified Mental Health Coach and Life Coach. My focus in my coaching is to help you find integration of your mind, body, and emotions as you pursue your goals. I believe that God created us to be whole and healthy in all three areas. Any time we lean more heavily on one way of seeing, we risk becoming off balance and incapacitated in our momentum. By exploring narratives and growing in self-awareness, you can find peace and wholeness in your journey and become empowered to get unstuck and move forward toward your goals. I am passionate about supporting my clients through grief, life transitions (new babies, moves, new jobs or roles), health goals, and growing in their relationship with Jesus! Sessions can be purchased individually or as a discounted package. Initial Exploration session is free. (MHC sessions are included in my doula service packages and can continue under a new contract postpartum) Sessions can be in-person or virtual. Message me to learn more!
