About the event
Did you know the day you got pregnant you signed up for a marathon? Like it or not, race day is coming. Will you be prepared?
Join us for this fantastic four-week birth class series where we will help you choose your course, prepare for your course, know how to run you course well, finish strong, and recover well.
This upcoming series will begin Tuesday, August 11th and will run for four weeks in Berrien Springs, MI.
Class one is more informational while we will be getting more hands on in classes two and three, and class four gives you an opportunity to learn some baby care skills.
