About the event
Did you know the day you got pregnant you signed up for a marathon? Like it or not, race day is coming. Will you be prepared?
Join us for this fantastic four week birth class series where we will help you choose your course, prepare for your course, know how to run you course well, finish strong, and recover well.
This upcoming series will begin Tuesday, January 27th and run for four weeks in Berrien Springs, MI. (This series is split - class nights will be 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, and 2/24. You are welcome to join us at our Meet the Doula event in Mishawaka on 2/17.
We cover all of your birth options and empower you to make a quality birth plan, help you understand how to manage contractions, guarantee a successful birth, understand the labor process and what to do at each stage and phase of labor, educate…
